Sean Ngo



Sean was born in Danang, Vietnam and moved to the United States with his family in 1992 where he lived in Crete, Nebraska until he graduated with Doane University in 2006.   Throughout his childhood and through school, Sean was interested in technology and design.  His father had a passion for photography, which also was passed onto Sean.  

Sean started his information technology career path at Cerner Corporation in Kansas City, Missouri.  There Sean picked up new skills in hardware and software diagnostics.  When Sean met his now wife, Hanh, he moved back to Nebraska to work for Dell Technologies.  While working for Dell, he started MemoryBox Photo Booth, which is a photography and photo booth service.  One thing led to another and MemoryBox Designs was developed. 

MemoryBox Designs encompasses all of Sean’s pass experiences and knowledge together to create a single entity to help other business compete in today’s world.  MemoryBox Designs wants to bring businesses into the 21st century.  With the creativity and drive that Sean brings, MemoryBox Designs, can you help gain more revenue.

  • Assigned to specific clients where I am the service delivery manager and oversee a few individual Level 3 support personnels that work on the account.
  • Work with project manager to onboard new clients into our support model.
  • Travel to client sites for discovery and project planning workshops when onboarding new client.
  • Implement a new Microsoft Intune solution for an insurance organization.
  • Work with third party vendors to troubleshoot large outages.
  • Along with all the duties mentioned in the previous role since we just changed companies but not roles

  • Extensive experience with customer support over the phone.
  • Organized meetings and gather key resources for project implementation.
  • Created migration plans for new and existing customers to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Followed an on-call rotation to ensure that clients’ receive the utmost customer support around the clock.
  • Collaborated with other teams in order to provide a great customer experience.
  • Suggested and redesigned mobility environments based on needs and projected growth of an organization.
  • Designed and suggested MDM solutions to customers based on their needs.
  • Created necessary firewall, IP, and AD requests to other teams to prepare for new installations.
  • Triaged incidents that are submitted to our team to the right level of support.
  • Troubleshooted to find resolutions to high severity incidents that are submitted to our team.
